ARE YOU READY TO RUMBLEEEEEEEEEE????????? Developers Yuke's Co. and publisher THQ Nordic in partnership with All Elite Wrestling (AEW) have finally announced a release date for their highly anticipated arcade style wresting game AEW: Fight Forever. The game officially was announced back in November of 2020 during an AEW Games event, along with the release of some mobile game titles. After almost three years of perfecting their craft they are finally ready to let fans have it.
AEW: Fight Forever is promising to bring back the classic arcade wrestling feeling with a modern twist. The title combines nostalgia with unique AEW finishers and tandem offense that flows naturally. With a developer like Yuke’s Co. that has developed a lot of the wrestling games that have been brought to life over the years from Dreamcast all the way up to modern day consoles, a three year game can have some expectations to live up to and I don’t see that being a problem here.
Bringing the best of the best from the roster players can look forward to playing as some of the most legendary wrestlers to enter the ring like Sting and Chris Jericho, along with some all new, high-flying AEW talent. With ten plus game modes and plenty of match types, there will be no shortage of gameplay anyway that you look at it. With single player modes and online co-op or online brawls, you will be busy beating up your friends with many names from the AEW roster or you can even customize your own AEW wrestler with customizations including; Wrestler attire, appearance, move sets, entrance, teams, and arenas.
AEW: Fight Forever will be available June 29th! It will be available for PC via Steam, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch.
