Don't let the low-budget trailer fool you, Double Dragon 4 is coming to PS4 and Steam! It's the same game you've loved for the past 3 installments, but with new levels, enemies, and a new story that picks up directly after the events of DD 3!
As you can see from the trailer, the game hasn't changed much since it's retro days on the NES. That's not a bad thing in my opinion, as trying to modernize may ruin the nostalgia for the crowd who loved it, as well as change the mechanics for what was one of the best beat-em-up games of the early console era.
