Elon Musk's acquired startup company OpenAI made a surprise appearance at Valve's TI yesterday and stunned the world with the power of artificial intelligence. In an open demonstration, the AI took on Dota 2 pro Dendi, and defeated him 1v1 in a 2-0 sweep in a best of 3. Take a look:
So while that's very impressive, OpenAI isn't ending things there and is currently working on a bot that can simultaneously run a 5v5 match. Needless to say if next year they show up and defeat an entire team using one AI...we should be very psyched/worried for the future.
