It was at PAX East that many games got to reveal new trailers and allow their demos to be played. One of these games was Layers of Fear 2, the long awaited sequel to Bloober Team’s well received initial title Layers of Fear. If you weren’t able to make it to PAX East, their partnered team Gun Media made it possible for you to still see what madness the demo held.
Revealing thirteen minutes of gameplay that is full of twists, scares, and all-around weirdness, the PAX East demo footage for Layers of Fear 2 really shows that the team hasn’t lost touch with the weird experience that they know how to bring. Watch the madness unfold below:
Seeing this footage got me excited for the next experience that the Bloober Team is going to bring us. The best news here is that we won’t have to wait long to make our way through the film-based horror experience as Layers of Fear 2 is set to launch May 28th on Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.
