I may sound like a wimp for saying it, but I got a little queasy watching this! Leatherface is coming to Mortal Kombat X and his fatalities are ranking among some of the most gruesome I've seen! That's definitely a matter of opinion, but there's something about seeing someone get cut open with a chainsaw that really messes you up! Check out the footage courtesy of IGN.
