To say that the newly launched LOST ARK had a stellar weekend would still be selling the massive title a bit short. After locking in the #2 record for all-time concurrent players over the weekend, Smilegate and Amazon Games are quickly adding new servers to Europe. While we are having a smooth, mostly trouble-free experience on the US West servers in preparation for our review, others around the world haven’t been so lucky. In Europe, queues have stretched into hours with many anxious players going absolutely nuts waiting to get into the highly addictive game.
While some of the questing components of the game can be a bit linear and mindless, the combat and dungeons are absolutely fantastic so far. Wanna see what all the hype is about?
