Finally, after almost 10 years since the last release, Nintendo has announced the release date for the strategy platformer phenomenon Pikmin 4. Coming exclusively to Nintendo Switch, Pikmin 4 will release on July 21 and feature plenty of new features for the tiny explorers. This is the first Pikmin full release since Pikmin 3 on the WiiU in 2013. In 2020 it was ported to the switch, but saw no major changes from the original relase.
With this announcement, Nintendo has also dropped a new trailer showcasing gameplay. We see a new creature that the Pikmin can ride to stay safe from water, a few new enemies, and exciting types of pikmin. Check it out below!
