The Return of WILD GUNMAN from Back to the Future II

Yesterday during the social media domination of Back to the Future Day, Nintendo re-released the old arcade classic, Wild Gunman on the Wii U Virtual Console. The game appeared in the film, Back to the Future II as a relic of a bygone era. (Of course at the film's release that wasn't the case.) It's fun to see how much Spielberg got right about society in 2015, even if we don't have widely available hover-boards and self-lacing Nike's are more of a collector's item than just a thing that people have. But I do believe you'd be hard pressed to find a young kid who actually knows how the hell an arcade cabinet works. At least we can keep our nostalgia burning for years to come with things like the Virtual Console. Of course that and people on YouTube making dick jokes over the top of our favorite bargain bin NES games for laughs. Oh the times we live in are truly magical.
