It's pretty crazy how fan theories come about and when they are accurate it fills in the gaps to questions that rise up as we enjoy our favorite games more and more. The famous game "The Stanley Parable" has a new theory to it from the YouTuber's Lockstin & Gnoggin where they break down how this game is an extension to the story behind the even more popular "Portal" series.
My mind was blown away as they broke down how the entire experience from The Stanley Parable is another test, much like the various many tests that are all over Portal. I think this theory is completely plausible and could very well be the case!
