During the last Game Awards event, ATLUS announced their next Persona title, but this time it isn’t quite the same type of game fans are used to. Working alongside Arc System Works on development and SEGA for publishing, they are preparing Persona 4 Arena Ultimax for launch in March. While the initial announcement shared some features and confirmed that it will launch on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, and Nintendo Switch on March 17th, we can finally see some of the gameplay in action.
Players will face off against old friends and foes in the P-1 CLIMAX and experience the action-packed continuation of the Persona 4 Golden story. The Midnight Channel is back and more bear-utal than ever. In fact, Steam features a Midnight Channel Collection, which includes both Persona 4 Arena Ultimax and Persona 4 Golden.
Persona 4 Arena Ultimax is available now for pre-order. After seeing the gameplay for yourself, what do you think about this new Persona title? Are you looking forward to this new approach to share more of the Persona 4 story?
