WRC The Official Game 8 will be available on September 2019 for Xbox One, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch and PC/Steam! New off-road physics on all road surfaces, completely redesigned career mode, dynamic weather, 50+ teams, 14 countries, 100+ stages, weekly challenges and the eSports mode.

Rally racing is a blast to watch and something I have loved dabbling in over the years. Thankfully it is much easier to get into the races with a game and the long running World Rally Championship has been awesome! World Rally Championship 8 is the latest entry in the franchise since 2017’s World Rally Championship 7 and is hoping to bring further realism to the rally sim with new off-road physics for all terrains. Career mode has also been redesigned and there will be more dynamic and extreme weather than ever before! Combine this with 52 teams from over 14 countries and you have one complete simulation package. Check out the trailer above to get a peek of the action!

Today publisher Bigben has revealed that pre-orders for the game are now available along with an assortment of special editions! First is the standard retail edition that is available both physically and digitally. Next up is a digital deluxe edition which comes with a 48 hour early access window! The digital deluxe edition also comes with a bonus legendary car pack, that includes 3 bonus cars, and a senior staff members unlock which is sure to help out your team! Last up is the collector retail edition that comes with the previously mentioned bonuses, minus the 48 hour early access. Also included with this version is 3 months of access to WRC+ All Live and a steelbook case to keep your game in. All versions of the game will also include the RWD Legends Pack as a pre-order bonus. Check out the handy chart below for a nice visual representation!

For all rally fans out there this is looking like a really solid entry that shouldn’t be missed! World Rally Championship 8 is expected to release on September 5 for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. A Nintendo Switch version is also expected to come one month later in October. No differences between the Switch and other console versions has been announced so this might easily be one of the most feature complete racers on the platform!
