Mark your calendars folks as Microsoft has announced it will be doing an Xbox Series X and Project xCloud stream next week on March 18th! No real info has been given as to the contents of the live stream, but I am thinking we could get some more info on Series X’s sound hardware which was supposed to be revealed during GDC. Obviously the postponement of the show has put those original plans on hold. I am hoping we will also get more solid info regarding CPU and memory specs. Seeing backwards compatibility and the dashboard in action is also on my wish list for the stream.
As for Project xCloud, I have still been enjoying my time with the beta and am looking forward to getting more info about the services full launch. If they can answer the questions of when the full release is coming, how much the service will cost, and if it will be included with Game Pass Ultimate I can come away satisfied. I might not like the answers but hey at least we would have them! Oh, I am adding Nintendo Switch release for Project xCloud to my stream wish list right now as well.
