With their game about to release next week, Devolver Digital and Massive Monster are showing off more of the action in their latest trailer. Since they showed off the more friendly side to Cult of the Lamb last week, a feature on the action part of the gameplay is definitely well-needed.
As you fight through the roguelike dungeons to gather resources and new followers to expand your cult, you will come across the four bishops who stand in your way of becoming the One True Cult. They cannot be allowed to stop your ascent. The good news is, you will have a personal vendetta against this particular group anyways, so don’t yield from doing what must be done!
Cult of the Lamb is set to release on August 11th for PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Nintendo Switch. There is even a free demo on their Steam page to try out and see why this game has already left a positive first impression on many players who have tried it.
