Mask of Misfits is an action-adventure set in first-person, immersing you in a magical world as you explore and unlock its secrets. You’ll play as a mercenary sent on a mission of finding a missing Archmage whose disappeared during his field research. He had been conducting the research in the Infected Territory which had once been exposed to an enormous amount of magic. It’s now been overrun with magical creatures of the abyss. As you head out on a dangerous and magical adventure into the unknown, it’s up to you to find the Archmage!
The game allows you to explore ancient ruins, mysterious caves, and old abandoned houses on your journey. Watch out, because there are strange creatures lurking about everywhere. The locations are filled with puzzles that are solved by collecting items around the environment. You will also be able to use alchemy to create magic potions to tend to the plants you’ll find along the way.
The game will be available for Nintendo Switch, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 on September 2nd! The game only costs $14.99 but can be picked up for $11.99 up until launch on Xbox One if you have Xbox Live Gold.
