Fortnite’s Chapter 2 Season 7 drops tomorrow and along with it comes the exit of the pre-historic setting and the entrance of a new one. It also brings some pretty sweet visual upgrades for PC users via update V17.00!
While there isn’t solid confirmation on the theme, it’s been heavily implied by Fortnite itself that aliens are making their entrance! The official Fortnite Twitter account has been posting all kinds of hints for the last week or so but just yesterday, they dropped this:
It even says alien in the caption! It’ll be a welcome inclusion for sure. I haven’t really been a fan of the pre-historic theme but I am a space nerd so I’m really keen on the inclusion of invaders from beyond the stars.
As for the enhanced graphics on PC; you’ll have to be running at ‘Epic Settings’ to actually utilize it. The things you’ll get from this new update include enhanced effects, improved postprocessing features, and shadow quality. How excited are you for this new season of Fortnite and the update it brings with it? I’m really excited to see what the story does with the new character, The Foundation so that we can confirm whether it’s Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson or not!
