A few months back there were rumors that a new Gran Turismo title was in development. During today’s PS5 games reveal event that rumor has finally been confirmed as Gran Turismo 7 was shown off early in the presentation! It has been a number of years since the last entry in the franchise, Gran Turismo Sport, released on PS4 and driving fans have eagerly anticipated its return. During the live stream the game looked absolutely stunning with very impressive cars and lighting. Terrain likewise looked super life-like and I honestly can’t wait to see more even though I am not a huge car simulation player (I go for arcade racers sorry). A bit of the menu was also shown off during today’s reveal and the whole minimap style menu has my interest piqued.
No info was revealed on when we could expect to see the title released on the PS5 but if what they have shown off is any indication, it shouldn’t be too long after launch! Are you excited to see another Gran Turismo game will be coming soon to the PS5?
