Ghost Ship Games have struck gold once again! The famous indie developer of the massive co-op hit, Deep Rock Galactic, has announced the official date for their new board game Kickstarter campaign. The board game is being done by MOOD Publishing and designed by Ole Steiness. The Kickstarter campaign is launching on February 10th and you can sign up here to get notified.
The board game version of Deep Rock Galactic is set to be a 4 player co-op dungeon crawler with a heavy focus on team play and cave exploration. Players are going to have the freedom to choose where to dig and thus dynamically expand the game board. This is a very unique feature that complements the digital version of the game very well and also helps Deep Rock Galactic make its own footprint on the dungeon crawler board game genre.
