With every new Pokemon game comes a new region and new Pokemon to collect, so when Nintendo released their latest trailer today, we got to meet some of our new friends. Along with the new Pokemon, they showed off some new features and characters that will be in Pokemon Scarlet and Pokemon Violet.
So, welcome to the Paldea region! Here we have some unique Pokemon such as Armarouge, Ceruledge, and Klawf. As you already knew from previous reveals, players will be free to roam this land freely and go wherever they want. Along the way, they will meet new gym leaders, such as the Grass-type gym leader Brassius. Other than gym leaders, players will work with their knowledgeable mate Nemona as they grow a team to face off against the Pokemon League, which they can get to know more about from Chairwoman Geeta.
While on their journey through Paldea, player’s will need to watch out for encounters with Team Star! This group is known as troublemakers and even have their own type-led bosses. In the latest trailer, we get to meet the boss of Team Star’s Fire crew, Mela.
Pokemon Scarlet and Violet are set to release on November 18th exclusively on the Nintendo Switch. Interested players can pre-order the games together in a double-pack or separately on Nintendo’s website. Which side will you be on; Scarlet or Violet?
