Just a couple weeks ago, we were shown some new gameplay footage for The Beast Inside from Illusion Ray Studio during Gamescom 2019. Now we have a new trailer from their publisher Movie Games that give us the official release date for this interesting horror game. I am excited to see it finally coming to Steam on October 17th, just before Halloween this year.
Honestly, I have been waiting for this game to give us a release date ever since I gave my first impression and got to see the unique setting this game is taking us to. Experience horror from both olden days and today’s era in a single game isn’t something you see happen often, but I guess when a home is cursed and family history holds some of the answers, we will need to see the story from multiple point-of-views, regardless of what time that character lived in.
If you haven’t yet, be sure to check out the free demo they have on their Steam page so you can see what I mean about the different era’s in a single game. Also, I know I mentioned this in the gameplay reveal article a couple weeks ago, but I love that this team keeps showing different sections of gameplay in all of their trailers! Most horror games like to show off the section they think would be most interesting as much as possible, but the demo, the Gamescom gameplay trailer, and this release date trailer all feature new clips from the game. Makes me think that this game doesn’t plan to have a dull moment throughout the experience!
