Last month, Asobo Studio and Focus Home Interactive released the sequel title to A Plague Tale: Innocence and just like the first title, the critics are raving about it. Not only did the reviews show their love for A Plague Tale: Requiem, but the players as well as they report surpassing one million players just one week after it was released!
While our review alone claims this to be a must-play title and an even better game than their first, you can see what the other reviewers had to say about the game in the accolades trailer above. It shines a light on how the sequel to Hugo and Amicia’s journey conquered the hearts of players and garnered critical praise.
As was stated in our review, we strongly suggest you play the first game before jumping into the sequel, but no matter how you look at it, this series is one worth experiencing. A Plague Tale: Requiem is now available on Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, PC via Steam and Epic Games Store, and in Cloud Version on Nintendo Switch. It will also be available on Game Pass for both Xbox and PC.
