It has only been a few months since we learned that Luminawesome Games and Wired Productions were bringing their cute, squishy platformer game to consoles. With a free demo still available for Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles PC via Steam, where it was originally released back in 2020, players have a chance to check the game out before it hits more platforms too.
Along with an expansion onto more platforms, they are aiming to deliver additional story elements, create a whole new game world playing as the mighty Mastermote, and include a new level of challenges, puzzles, and collectibles. Players will be taken on a journey through The Great Depths guided by the curious and adorable protagonist, Lumote, and introduced to the bio-luminescent creatures, known as the Motes, who spend their lives deep in the bio-verse, content with living on the rhythms found in the electronica soundscape.
Lumote: The Mastermote Chronicles will be released on Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on March 24th. Along with this release date announcement, they also revealed that it will be coming to Google Stadia as well. Will you be diving in to this squishy platformer experience?
