Publisher 1C Entertainment, now known as Fulqrum Games, has announced a partnership with indie developers Audvyr Studio to publish their upcoming horror title The Fold: Ingression. This thriller adventure with a creepy atmosphere and a story inspired by old Norwegian legends will lead you on a dangerous journey. To get you properly introduced to it, they already released the first look at their gameplay too!
Starting in a mysterious stave church, your path will soon lead beyond the boundaries of our mortal world - and even your body and mind will begin to twist with the power of the disturbing secrets you uncover. Will these changes give you the strength to fight back, or will you break?
From this initial reveal, I definitely have to say that I am intrigued as to what this game will truly bring horror fans to experience. The gameplay reveal itself was rather short but pretty intense. The Fold: Ingression is planned to release on PC via Steam, GOG, Epic Games Store, and hopefully more digital platforms in Q4 2022.
