For those who are worried about stepping on or kicking your cat while immersed in a Virtual Reality world, Triangular Pixels has created a solution to your problem! They strapped a VR tracking device to a cat jacket so that it shows up as an avatar in your game while you are playing.
While there is always the option to put the cat in a separate room, or outside of your gaming room, and close the door, but obviously there are plenty of people who would rather give their cat the freedom to travel where ever they please in their home. Makes sense seeing how they live there and the house is their entire world!
This VR device combo is a great idea and I look forward to when we can have this set up for our other pets, such as dogs and hamsters.
