New Mixed RTS/FPS Game SILICA Out In Early Access On Steam

Bohemia Incubator and Bohemia Interactive just released their new RTS/FPS crossover game Silica onto Early Access on Steam. Silica is a new sci-fi game that blends first-person shooter and real-time strategy gameplay. Silica is set on the planet of Baltarus, thousands of light-years from Earth, and players can choose to play as a commander in RTS mode or an infantry soldier who controls all units and vehicles in FPS mode. Silica offers three game modes, including strategy, prospector, and arena, as well as single-player and multiplayer options.

Silica features six unique locations, five infantry classes, 11 vehicles, eight alien creatures, and AI control for both commanders and units. Silica is the first game from Bohemia Incubator, a new label of Bohemia Interactive that supports indie game developers to bring their dream games to a global audience. Currently, Silica already has over 90,000 Steam wishlist entries as well as a quickly growing Discord community, so excited players will have an excellent way to get in touch.

Silica is available now in Early Access on PC via Steam.
