A few months ago Sony announced that they will be bringing the PSVR 2 natively to PC, albeit with some features present. The official app has already appeared on the Steam Store and will officially launch on August 6th for PC.
The official app is now on Steam and once released, players will be able to connect their once console exclusive headset and controllers to PC and experience VR. This is a great option for people who already own one of these and want to get more use from them while Sony workshops more titles for the headset.
You will still need to buy a physical adapter, but if you plan on utilizing PC VR to its fullest, its a good investment.
You will be able to use the following features with the headset:
4K Visuals (2000 x 2040) per eye
Finger Touch detection
See-through
110-degree field of view
