Clown posses have gathered to mock and to bemoan the lack of updates from Rockstar.
Reddit has been aflame with the fiery mouths of players crying about the injustice.

Regardless of whether you’ve been following the community’s ire, the long wait is over because Rockstar has announced The Naturalist update for the game.
Players will be able to observe the animals throughout the frontier—tracking, studying, and hunting them. New locations, animals, and opportunities to explore will be available in this new adventure.
Here’s the scoop:
Accomplished conservationist Harriet Davenport is looking for adventurers to help her track down specimens and further her extensive knowledge of the animals of the five states. At odds with Harriet’s mission is retired big game hunter Gus Macmillan, who will compensate you handsomely for your hunting skills.
Other than the narrative addition, The Naturalist update also includes a new Advanced Camera, new Free Roam Events, new weapons, and a whole lot more. Rockstar has included hundreds of fixes, adjustments, and improvements to Red Dead Online.
