Running some tests via CrystalDiskMark I found that it pretty much lives up to its promised read and write speeds. The max read speed I got was 563.91MB/s which is actually higher than the advertised 550MB/s. The max write speed was almost on mark, coming in at 487.31MB/s which is just shy of meeting the advertised 500MB/s.

PNY really does a fantastic job of offering great products that don’t break the bank. I truly think that you need to take a look at these if you need some memory for that ever-growing backlog of games.
