The Lord of the Rings: Adventure Card Game - Definitive Edition has arrived on Steam, and there is so much content for players to enjoy. For gamers that supported the game during Early Access, their current game will be upgraded to the Definitive Edition for free. That means players will have access to Campaign 3: The Witch-king's Grasp and The Mirror of Galadriel.

The Definitive Edition includes Campaign 2: The Shadow’s Fall, along with all of the new content. A new campaign and a new game mode? That’s a lot to look forward to this holiday season.

The biggest campaign yet in The Lord of the Rings: Adventure Card Game - Definitive Edition is set in Eriador. The adventure features new Minions, Villains, Objectives, Hazards, and Locations. Players also receive four new Heroes with unique cards to build decks. There are 27 new locations in The Witch-king's Grasp, so players will enjoy known and unknown corners of Middle Earth as they uncover a sinister plot forming in the Shadows of Eriador.

The new mode, Mirror of Galadriel, is a randomized encounter against Minions and Villains that can be played solo or cooperatively. The mode consists of a single Location, a wave Minions, and a Villain. Randomly-generated, the exciting challenge has high replay value, and it will feature new content in the future.

A host of other updates include new gameplay mechanics, Quest Rewards cards, avatars, and Her Challenge cards.
