THE WITCHER 3: WILD HUNT And OVERWATCH Arrive Next Week On The Switch

Two monster games are coming to the Nintendo Switch on October 15th. Next Tuesday, players will be able to grab CD Projekt Red’s monster-hunter adventure The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt and Blizzard’s massively popular FPS-shooter Overwatch. These games have been out for several years, but both still have enormous followings. The hundreds of hours of gameplay mean that most players still haven’t experienced everything in the open-world masterpiece where Geralt of Rivia is the baddest man around. And with Overwatch, frequent updates with new characters and special events—not to mention the surging growth of the competitive esports league—have boosted engagement and maintained a large player base.

It’s impressive that CD Projekt Red has managed to successfully port all of the content in The Witcher 3 to such a small device like the Nintendo Switch, but it will be awesome to take the Butcher of Blaviken wherever we want.

And the same goes for Overwatch. Being able to team up with other players on the go will be crazy. The announcement trailer for the Nintendo Switch port also hints at other new reveals coming with the release of the online multiplayer game.
