Top 3 Free to Play Games While You Are Stuck at Home

Stuck at Home? Here’s Some Goodies

We are living in strange, history-making times indeed but that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t make the best of it. I’ve dug through a whole plethora of free to play games over the past several months and here are my current Top 3 Free to Play games, in no particular order. Feel free to share your own in the comment section.

Maelstrom
Gunpowder Games
PC/Steam

Pirates? Check. Awesome naval battles? Check. Intense Battle Royale that doesn’t suck? Check! As we mentioned in our original article about Maelstrom, this is definitely a hidden gem in the massive library of Steam free to play games. Honestly, it’s one of the better surprises to come across out desks in a very long time. Anyone remotely interested in the items mentioned should check this out ASAP. With tons of content and plenty more on the way, Maelstrom has an incredibly bright future. Paid content has some awesome Wraith and Dread content that is completely optional but well worth the investment.

Path of Exile: Delirium
Grinding Gear Games
PC/Xbox One/PS4

I’m happy to see more and more ARPGs are gaining popularity but not many can hold a candle to Path of Exile. With the latest Delirium patch, the world of Wraeclast has never been more intriguing. The game is like a fine wine that gets better and better with age. Whether you are interested in loot based ARPGs or not, Path of Exile is definitely worth your time. Paid content is cosmetic only.

Call of Duty: Warzone
Infinity Ward/Raven Software
PC/Xbox One/PS4 (Crossplay)

Ok ok. So you don’t care for Call of Duty but you want a super high quality free to play game? Trust me, try Warzone. This is coming from a person who tired of the series long ago but don’t take my word for it, give it a try this weekend, it’s stunning that it’s free. Also, if you tired of the same ol’ Battle Royale, try Plunder mode with a group of friends, it’s an absolutely riot.
