When you think of horror, what's the first thing that pops into your head? Dungeons & Dragons might not be the immediate answer, but thanks to the success of the Netflix series Stranger Things, D&D and horror have become intertwined in a surprising way. Now, Behavior Interactive is eyeing the potential for a collaboration between Dead by Daylight (DBD) and Dungeons & Dragons (D&D). Whether it's a new killer inspired by D&D, themed skins, or a map set in that universe, the idea is thrilling!
Looking at the teaser, there's a quick glimpse of a monstrous figure behind bars. The giant eye suggests a Beholder, a classic D&D creature. However, Beholders are quite large, so it might be a challenge to translate directly into DBD. Perhaps it could be a reskin for an existing killer. Alternatively, it might be a misdirect for a character like Vecna, who also hails from D&D lore. Alongside whatever surprises the trailer holds, there's anticipation for D&D-themed skins for the survivors as well.
