Even some of our smallest decisions end up being some of the most impactful aspects of our daily lives. This aspect of life is what 11 bit studios next upcoming title The Alters is all about!
In this game, players will learn that humans are indeed a sum of their choices in the most tangible way. This is the story of Jan Dolski, a simple worker facing circumstances that lead him to a life-changing crossroads. Crash landing on a distant planet, stranded and alone, Jan finds himself in a daunting life and death situation. His only hope for survival is to bring helping hands on board. Not yet understanding the weight of his choice, Jan must create alternate versions of himself if he is to forge ahead. Each alter’s personality is shaped by Jan’s various life paths.
The Alters doesn’t have a release window yet, but it is currently set to release on PC via Steam. We will be keeping an eye on this title as it is definitely an intriguing infliction on reality and curiosity. How do you feel about a game with such a unique concept?
