Death Stranding Director’s Cut Out Now on iPhone, iPad, and Mac

Death Stranding, the first ever Strand-type game is now available on multiple Apple devices including the iPhone. If you’ve been having the urge to make deliveries on your phone in one of the most stunning open worlds out there, you can now do that.

From today, Death Stranding can be purchased on the iPhone 15 Pro models powered by the A17 Pro chip, and every iPad and Mac with the M1 chip or later, available as a Universal Purchase on the App Store at a 50% discount until Tuesday, February 20th, 2024.

This brings the price down to $20, which is a pretty good deal for the title. Check out the launch trailer below.

To commemorate the launch of the Director’s Cut, Kojima Productions has also partnered up with Backbone to release a limited edition controller for the title as well. You can purchase one for yourself at the following link.

I had a great time with Death Stranding on both my PS4 and PC, and it’s one of the few games that celebrates solitude. Given how optimized it is on all platforms, I’m sure it’ll run really well on Apple devices as well.
