Bethesda and id seem to really be going full-on with the idea of bringing back the classic feel of Doom with this reboot, or at least, that’s the impression I got from this trailer. Doom 3 presented some spooky moments, but the approach to this upcoming Doom reboot seems to revive all the classic, fast-paced, hilarious, overblown, gory gameplay from the original. From kicking all variety of ass to getting your ass kicked, this trailer seems to present both glorious ends of the spectrum of what made Doom so great to begin with.
Being told to go to hell has never sounded so fun, and it looks like we all get to take the highway straight there on May 13, 2016.
