NO MORE HEROES May Have Been Outed For Switch By New Ratings Board Listing

How crazy is it that it has been nearly 13 years since No More Heroes launched for the Nintendo Wii in 2007? In that time we have seen Nintendo’s mega-successful console replaced not only once, but twice! For No More Heroes though, the years have been a little less kind. Outside of a sequel in 2010, the franchise has remained mostly dormant until 2019 when the spin-off Travis Strikes Again: No More Heroes released on the Nintendo Switch and No More Heroes III was announced at E3 2019 exclusively for Switch.

Now it would appear that the original entry is going to get another shot to entice gamers around the world if a recent ratings board listing is anything to go by! Listed on a Taiwanese rating site, we can clearly see that No More Heroes is potentially Switch bound. The listing includes a number of details about the game as well as content advisories for violence. We can also see the potential Switch icon listed at the beginning of the entry. Now there is still a possibility that this release never makes it West or that it will happen at all. Though to be fair, once a game hit classification it does typically get released a vast majority of times.

Still, it is exciting to see that the No More Heroes franchise will be getting the return it deserves before the release of the third title in the series. What do you all think about the potential of No More Heroes returning in the modern age of gaming?
