After 5 Years Of Early Access, Massively Multiplayer War Game FOXHOLE Launches Into 1.0 With The Inferno Update

From Siege Camp comes the official launch of Foxhole out of Early Access into its 1.0 launch version, coinciding with the start of its 96th war! Foxhole puts players into every part of the war effort in a massive multiplayer experience with thousands of players per server, all working for victory for their faction. These wars can last for weeks and include millions of casualties.

Not only are there players on the front fighting the other side in brutal and bloody battles, but every piece of logistics must be created by hundreds of backline players. These players will harvest resources, craft materials, turn those materials into weapons or vehicles, and somehow cart those vital items to the frontlines in a comprehensive logistics game. With the new update including factories and trains, the game of logistics includes not just trucks carrying cargo, but ships and trains to get those items where they are needed. With Foxhole featuring wide maps, a dynamic weather system, and a tech tree that unleashed even more brutal weapons and tools to the war effort, each war and even each battle can be incredibly dynamic and varied.

With the release of this full update, not only are there trains, but flame weapons, rockets, new tank classes, and even super tanks! At the moment, these are a pipe dream, but in the days to come will be sure to change the battlefield as players currently know it.

Check out the launch trailer below and let us know your thoughts in the comments! Foxhole is currently available on Steam and is, at the time of writing, 25% off! If you’ve played it, let us know what you think.
