A much-needed update from developer GoldKnights for the co-op sci-fi game, The Last Oricru has arrived. Right after its release earlier this year in October The Last Oricru didn’t have the best critical reception with an array of mixed reviews from good to mediocre. As of recently, however, its reviews have been on an upwards trend which should only get better with the new update based on community feedback.
With the release of the new patch 1.2 based on community feedback, The Last Oricru will once again fix some of the most common complaints from the fanbase. The big reveal of the update is the addition of a much-desired in-game map feature. After previous updates fixed issues from improving the game’s camera, an option to remap the keyboard and controller, and even some fresh in-game items like new armor, shields, and weapons, an in-game map is a big addition. It always brings me great pleasure to see developers actually listening to their community in regard to feedback after shakey launches. It is my hope that GoldKnights continues to support its game and listens to feedback from the community because that is the way the game industry should operate.
The Last Oricru is available on PC via Steam, Xbox Series X|S, and PlayStation 5.
