LEWD DUNGEONS AND DRAGONS Is Coming For Couples To Get Closer Through TTRPG
With the rapidly growing popularity in tabletop role-playing games (TTRPG), there have been quite a few amazing announcements for both new and old fans of Dungeons & Dragons (D&D). While there are the more popular aspects, such as the recently announced D&D Movie, there is also a new project worth checking out. Typically, a game of D&D would require at least four players, one of which being the dungeon master, but what if there was a two-player version made for couples to creatively get more intimate through a fun adventure?
Published author Phoenix Grey has come up with a concept for just that reason and is calling it Lewd Dungeon Adventures! This game is being set up for couples to get closer together and have an intimate night in while having fun through the wonders of tabletop gaming. The project is still currently on Kickstarter, but it is already nearly 4,000% funded! With an asking goal of $5,000 USD and a current profit of just over $193,000 USD, this is a concept that is going to become a reality.
The Kickstarter reward system comes with a few options, but it doesn’t take too much to reach the tier that will provide funders with both of the currently available campaigns - Starter Adventure: The Rescue of Lady Jai and The Mage’s Stolen Goods. Essentially, the design of the game is for one player to take on the Dungeon Master role and one to take on the Hero role. There are three ways set up for this to be played:
XXX – This option is for an intimate encounter. The encounter will be specifically laid out and may require props.
DRINK – This option is for those who want to skip the intimacy part but still enjoy gameplay. It can be as simple as drinking a one-ounce pour of liquor or as complex as a drinking game.
BASE – This option is for those who just want to enjoy the gameplay without everything else. It will typically require rolling a die to determine the outcome of a scenario.
There are still a few days to back the project and claim some items from the reward tiers before the Kickstarter ends. Hopefully, this will become a regularly advancing aspect of TTRPG and we will find more couple-based campaigns released and available in the future. Do you think this might be what you have been looking for to spice things up in your relationship?
