A site known for busting out awesome themed gear for gamers has released a new brand for the fans of a certain speedy blue hedgehog. PowerA expands their collection of Nintendo Switch gear and even an Xbox-compatible controller featuring Sonic the Hedgehog and this stuff looks great!
Of the latest gear they released, the majority is compatible and made for Nintendo Switch users. It comes with a Nintendo Switch case and a game wallet, for those that have a physical collection large enough to expand outside of the slots available in the case itself. Of course, these come with the usual features as well, so you’ll have everything you need with you at all times with this set.
Plus, for controller players, you can use a new game controller to enjoy your games in the classic Sonic blue and yellow color style and Sonic himself featured on it.
Along with the Nintendo Switch gear, they also have a controller option that is compatible with Xbox and PC systems. This controller style is a little different, featuring an all-blue design and Sonic himself on one of the grip handles. Comparing the controller designs, I do have to say that the Nintendo Switch style is much cooler, but the Xbox style is more sleek, so it comes down to preference (and compatibility) in this case.
Both controllers are wired, so if you want a wireless controller, this won’t be for you. But if you don’t mind a wired controller, then you are able to show your fandom for the blue speedster with these controllers!
All in all, this new Sonic the Hedgehog-themed gear from PowerA is an easy decision to go with when you look at what they have on the site. Sure, Kirby fans and Pokemon fans have plenty to choose from, but it’s about time us speedster fans got our own collection of cool gear!
