Lance’s next quest for you in Arc Raiders, after finishing Life of a Pharmacist, will have you bringing back a strange plant that has spread throughout the swamps of Dam Battlegrounds. This plant is in a specific place that is easily missable, so to make the hunt easier for you, here’s how to finish the quest A New Type of Plant in Arc Raiders.

How to complete A New Type of Plant in Arc Raiders

In one round, you must head to the Baron Husk laying dormant in the Old Battleground. It’s practically right where the Old Battleground label is marked on your map. You’ll know you’ve found it when you spot a large mechanical Arc rusting on an island, surrounded by shallow water.

There are a few different places around the Baron Husk where this strange plant is growing. It looks very similar to the Great Mullein plant. Upon walking up to it, you should see the interaction available to gather it.

Once gathered, a plume of green spores will appear. Don’t worry, this won’t harm you. Make sure you pick up the Possibly Toxic Plant item that dropped after interacting with the plant. Place this in your safe pocket just in case you don’t make it out alive.
