After completing the Keeping the Memory quest, Celeste will once again have you visit an important First Wave landmark in Dam Battlegrounds. This time around, you’ll have to retrieve some battle plans from an outpost in Victory Ridge.

How to complete Echoes of Victory Ridge in Arc Raiders
As mentioned above, you will have to travel to Victory Ridge. This is a location you have previously visited, but in case you forgot, you can find it around West Broken Bridge, located on the northernmost part of the Dam Battlegrounds.
Upon arrival, you will encounter a broken highway, the remnants of a First Wave battle. You will be instructed to look for the battle plans under the broken highway. Standing on the north, look for the highway on the right, and you will find a box stashed underneath it.
Interact with the box once to reveal the battle plans. Then, interact with them once again to pick them up. You can choose to extract and return to Speranza or continue looting the Dam Battlegrounds instead. Whether you survive or not, the quest will be completed once you return to safety underground.
