After completing the Communication Hideout quest in Buried City, you can also finish The Root of the Matter. This quest has you find a “room with a great view” in the Research Building.

How to finish The Root of the Matter quest in Arc Raiders

To complete The Root of the Matter quest in Arc Raiders, head inside the bottom floor of the Research Building in Buried City. The next part of the quest will trigger, so run down the long hallway ahead of you until you find a room on your left with tall windows that give you a nice view of the city.

This is the last room on the left-hand side of the hall; you can’t miss it. The view did look nice as the light from the sunset was pouring through. Immediately on your left should be the tank you need to interact with to secure the seeds.

After interacting with it, the seeds will drop onto the floor. Make sure to pick them up, and if you have space, put them in your safe pocket just in case you die before making it back to Speranza. You can now deliver the seed samples to Celeste to complete the quest.
