The tabletop miniatures and board game developer has shared the first preview of the upcoming Kickstarter campaign, and it promises to be an action-packed dungeon-crawler with all of the memorable characters from the Wolfenstein games.
Wolfenstein: The Board Game will feature highly-detailed miniatures, and there is going to be a lot of Nazi-killing, regime-destroying bullet storms going on in this game.
From what we know so far, the Kickstarter campaign will be 14 days, which is on the shorter end for a board game crowdfunding project, but I’m confident that Archon Studio will be able to smash past the funding goal of $50,000 given the popularity of the video game franchise and the quality of the miniatures and board game content that’s displayed on the preview page.
As far as exclusives go, there is a bonus miniature that you’ll be able to secure for your copy of the game if you pledge within the first 48 hours. And Archon Studio is also offering a Terrain Kit expansion that will enable players to render the world of B.J. Blazkowicz in 3D. That homage to tabletop miniatures is a very high-quality addition that can make the Kickstarter campaign all the more enticing for potential backers.
