Back in June we first heard about the upcoming indie game focused brawl title Bounty Battle from Dark Screen Games and Merge Games. Now the teams are back to announce that this 1 to 4 player beat ‘em up fighter game will be available on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, Nintendo Switch, and Xbox One officially on September 10th! On top of this announcement, we have the full game list in which the 30 character roster has been filled in from and a signature collectors edition available for pre-order.
The character roster will be filled in with characters from Guacamelee!, Darkest Dungeon, Dead Cells, Awesomenauts, Nuclear Throne, Owlboy, Axiom Verge, SteamWorld Dig, Oddmar, Jotun, Battle Chasers Nightwar, Death's Gambit, EITR, Super Comboman, Pankapu, Flinthook, Doko Roko, Tower of Samsara, Blubber Busters, Ruin of the Reckless, The Bug Butcher, and Blocks that Matter. Don’t forget that each fighter has their very own minion to summon and join the fight, no matter which of the 16 different arenas you end up fighting on.
If you plan on getting the signature collectors edition, it will be available for both PlayStation 4 and Nintendo Switch versions only. These editions come with:

While I would have loved for this announcement to have included a proper gameplay trailer to show off some of the characters, it is good to see the full game list from which the character roster is being created from. I am looking forward to seeing this game launch and how the community feels towards an indie-focused version of a Super Smash Bros style game. At least we know a lot of the important factors regarding this game now and we were given some cool character reveal art as well.
