Looks like the holiday season is getting a kick off from Ubisoft as they are gifting both Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag and World in Conflict for free to all UPlay account users! Both of these titles are tons of fun and no matter what kind of gamer you are, this is a gift that you can easily appreciate. If you have not yet checked out these classic titles, then check out their awesome trailers:
Of course, the more anticipated title of the two given for free is Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag :
It isn't often that big names are just given out for free, so this is a rare offer that you can grab, but only for a limited time. From December 4 (9AM PST) until December 11 (2AM PST), you’ll be able to download World in Conflict and its expansion, Soviet Assault, for free. While it is in honor of the tenth anniversary of the first Assassin’s Creed game, you’ll be able to get Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag for free from December 12 (6AM PST) through December 18 (2AM PST).
Probably the best thing about this offer is that you may only have a limited time to download them, but once you download them they are yours to keep. This isn't a demo or a limited time trial for the game, no, you are literally being given these games for free. All you have to do is download them before they are removed from the shelves and given back their price tags.
While I am personally more invested in Black Flag, not being a big fan of RTS style games, I am curious as to which of the two titles will get more downloads. Which one are you going to download first?
