Summer Game Fest started off hot this year with tons of new trailers. One of the first was a cinematic trailer for fantasy brawler Warhaven. NEXON Korea debuted their new game trailer which showcased brutal combat and a look into the game’s magical setting of Herarth.
The trailer used Tribal Blood’s song “Keep on Fighting.” The trailer showcased tons of playable characters, like soldiers and Immortals, in both cinematics and in-game footage. Each of these playable characters will have a diverse set of skills and powers during the Early Access. Hush, a character missing from the open beta, will also be available during the Early Access.
Warhaven is a player versus player (PvP) game that boasts two teams of sixteen players each, that battle it out while repping one of the two available factions, the Mara or the Alliance. These battles have all the fixings of medieval combat like swords and spears while also allowing the unique power of the Immortals to defeat the other team.
For those who missed the Summer Games Fest, Warhaven will have further gameplay showcases at the Future Games Show on June 10th and the PC Gaming Show on June 11th.
A hands-on demo will be available during Steam Next Fest from June 19th to June 26th. Warhaven will have an official release on PC via Steam sometime in the future.
