It looks like popular indie publisher Team17 has found another team working on a game that is sure to be entertaining, but this time it can be played both solo or with up to four players! Developed by Rekka Games, they have officially announced Bravery & Greed, a cooperative beat ‘em up dungeon brawler. Mixing classic fantasy arcade gameplay with permadeath, roguelike elements, and - of course - a fistful of treasure and combat.
Inspired by classic games from the ‘80s and ‘90s, this game offers four classes to choose from; the agile Rogue, the valiant Warrior, the eccentric Wizard, and the mighty Amazon, each with their own unique skills and abilities to help them survive long enough to loot everything they can get their hands on. Along with the traditional campaign-driven Adventure mode, this game will also feature a Horde mode and Player-versus-Player (PvP) mode for players to try their hands at different challenges and against each other.
Bravery & Greed is aiming to release sometime in 2022 on PC via Steam, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. Which class will you take on, whether it be against the enemies or your so-called allies?
