America can be great, or terrible again and it's entirely your decision (and political bias) in play with the newest update to Surgeon Simulator. Players will now get the opportunity to operate on presidential candidate Donald Trump and either give him a heart of gold or stone (literally).
The gameplay I've seen so far has been hilarious! People are wiping his brow with steak, trying to pull off his toupee, and giving him Trump Vodka (did you know he's allegedly never drank alcohol?). No matter what side of the political fence you're on, this is glorious. Check out the trailer below.
