You read that title right. Epic Games is now offering six Batman titles for free in celebration of Batman’s 80th Year! If you already have this free platform downloaded, then simply go to the store page and you will see the six free Batman games they are offering ready to be claimed and downloaded for your gaming pleasure. If you don’t have the Epic Games platform yet, then this might be the turning point for you to get it. While the six Batman games are what are free until September 26th, they offer free games all the time.
These Batman games are half-and-half for kids and for adults. With both the Arkham Trilogy and Batman Lego Trilogy being the six games offered, there is something for new and old gaming Batman fans. Even if you didn’t enjoy one or two of the titles from either trilogy, they are still a free way to grab the one or two you did enjoy. Not to mention the chance to play through all the iconic moments in the Batman series with Mr. Freeze, The Joker, and more.
I know there has been a lot of controversy about Epic Games opening their store as a competitor to the Steam Games platform for PC gaming, but I stand by my opinion that we shouldn’t rely on Steam for everything. If you ask me, just have both of these platforms as they offer so much individually when it comes to free games, exclusives, and sales. Besides, when’s the last time Steam gave away such iconic games for free? Don’t miss out on this opportunity over a grudge because it won’t last forever!
