Epic Games is hosting a challenge that will require interested Fortnite Battle Royale players to bring out their inner creative with an original filmmaking challenge. Players will be tasked to use the game’s Replay system to edit an exciting highlight reel that would feature Season 4’s heroes. Of course, Epic promises to reward players who will succeed in the challenge.
Interested players must adhere to strict rules for their films to be considered. First, the video must have a length of one to five minutes, no more no less. Second, it should only contain royalty free audio, and lastly, the film should be completely original with your own gameplay. You can check out the complete set of rules here.
As an incentive, grand prize winners will be honored by having their original film shown at the Risky Reels drive-in. Winners will also receive 25,000 V-bucks, and a cool poster of their movie will be placed in the game forever for everyone to enjoy. For those not fortunate enough to win the big reward, Epic is handing out a consolation prize of 10,000 V-Bucks to five finalists.
The Fortnite Blockbuster challenge will run until July, 11 at 11:59 PM ET. So better pull your sleeves up and get to work as winners will be announced on June 24.
